These are two basic tips to help you remove cellulite you have on the thighs and above all know that anti cellulite creams, massagers and other deceptive tricks do not work to eliminate cellulite:

1) Drink Water – drinking water helps to combat cellulite but not for the reasons normally hear. The water does not remove the “toxins” of cellulite or anything like that. Water is good for the skin and helps improve elasticity and makes skin look smoother and younger. This will not only look younger but also help tighten the skin of the thighs and buttocks.

2) Make Exercise – Many “experts” say that running, bicycling and cardiovascular exercise is a good way to combat cellulite. This is partially true but not the quickest or most effective way to eliminate cellulite. Resistance training is better and run faster to notice results. It is also more effective in fat burning cardiovascular exercise, contrary to popular belief.

If you want to eliminate cellulite permanently, you must first define the cause and make some lifestyle changes, in combination with proper exercise routine “targeted” to eliminate cellulite.
